Almost 500 participate in the Turkey Trot

PENN YAN--The third annual St. Michael School Turkey Trot was held Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27. With a light snow falling, some 490 participants recorded times on the course through Penn Yan, with runners or walkers covering a 5K (3.1 miles) distance. Matthew Curbeau was the overall winner with a time of 18:01, while Kate Rosettie was the top female finisher with 19:28.
