Penn Yan moves to 5-2PENN YAN-The Penn Yan Mustangs improved their season to 5-2 with a win over Wayne, Friday, Oct. 17. The final score was 39-14, Penn Yan.Tanner Irwin had 66 yards rushing including four touchdowns and 119 yards passing with another touchdown. Jacob Covert recorded 68 yards receiving and had a touchdown. Austin Fingar helped the ground game with 107 yards rushing, nine tackles and a fumble recovery. Tyler Bray had nine tackles and a sack. Brandon Merkley contributed five tackles and a sack, while Jacob Moore added 16 tackles.  |
