Fazzary also seeks Schuyler judge position

SCHUYLER COUNTY—District Attorney Joseph G. Fazzary announced Wednesday, March 30, that he too will seek the Republican nomination for Schuyler County Judge.
Justice J.C. Argetsinger is retiring effective the end of this year.  Assistant County Attorney Dennis Morris also announced he would be seeking the Republican candidacy, Monday, March 28.
The general election will be held November 8, 2011.  Carolyn Elkins, deputy commissioner for the Schuyler County Board of Elections, said there hasn’t been a date set for the primary election.  Elkins explained the county has not gotten the election calendar from the state yet.  She added the county doesn’t even have a date for accepting party petitions, but it should be sometime in July.
